Sit & Stitch Meet-Ups Free fortnughtly stitch sessions with Heartmade Crafts at Spotlight Ashmore on the Gold Coast. Join Kate from HeartMade Crafts every second Thursday from 10am–12pm for a friendly, free stitching session at Spotlight Ashmore! Bring your crochet, knitting, or hand-stitching project and enjoy conversation, and creativity with fellow makers. Each fortnight features a theme and demo to inspire: 4 Sept – Hexi Cardigan How-to 18 SEPT - Visible Mending 2 OCT - Creative Crochet 16 OCT - Show n’ Tell 30 OCT - Upcycling inspo All levels are welcome and all stitchers are welcome not just crochet & knitting! You are most welcome to bring any embroidery, cross stitch, slow stitching - any stitch that you love to do! BYO projects. If you don’t have a project we can help you get started with everything you need right there in store! Let’s get together, and oooh and aaaaah over each other’s amazing projects and share our tips, tricks, and inspiration with like-minded stitchers! Any kind of stitching is welcome, embroidery, cross stitch, knitting, crochet - whatever you like to work on, bring it along!! Would love to see you at Spotlight Ashmore near the craft section! Numbers are limited so please book your free spot and you can be reminded and notified of any changes and new meetups as well :)
